  Slow and very dirty. Cigarette butts litter the front entrance. Bathrooms are smelly and dirty. The flies and bees flying around the donuts are gross.
  This place is making a fortune and I am sure they could hire more staff to keep the place clean!!!
  I am so happy we now have a brand new Starbucks across the street.

  The staff and the management go beyond and above to provide excellent customer service. They can handle special requests and still keep a smile on their face.
  My diet is complex. Low carbohydrate as well as yeast intolerant. I order my breakfast sandwich without bread to lower my carbohydrate intake and avoid the yeast reaction. I switch up the process cheese for the cheddar, I'm allergic to the processed cheddar they serve. The Chicken chipotle wrap I have at lunch, I nix the sauce to keep the carbohydrates low.
  The new cappuccino's are out of this world. They have two temperature settings, HOT & Extra Hot.... They both have a purpose. Hot is for instant consumption. Extra Hot is great if you wish to wait 15 to 20 minutes prior to drinking as it will singe the tip of your tongue. Getting Extra Hot is great if you are heading to a meeting and want a warm Cappuccino to consumer at the meeting, or highway driving, Long distance trip.
  The cappuccino machine is new and it's just being introduced to the staff so if you order one and it's doesn't taste good, they made a mistake. Have patience as it's worth it... Trust.
  So for low carbohydrate or diabetic individuals. Tim Horton's provides one of the best places to obtain your breakfast, lunch or dinner with a few adjustments.
  The chili .... without bread for instance, and some of the soups have a lower carbohydrate count. Mostly enjoy.. it's great food at a low price for those ...ON THE RUN. ...

  Can't get your order right when their is no line. Received a bagel with cream cheese on half when I ordered cheddar cheese and bacon. ON HALF only. That goes against so many food handlers code of conduct rules and it probably is not the only thing being cross contanimated. You salads that are vegan were probably cut up with the same knife they cute chicken and bacon sandwiches and wraps with. Know your food and where you eat. Fast food industry does not deserve a raise becuase they can not even stir coffees properly.

  Exactly the same as every other Tim Hortons exept that it is small and in the winter it is SO HOT that you will die standing in line. Probably because of their baking, so maybe it can't be helped.

  Standard Tim Horton's. Quick service. Nice staff. They messed up my order a tiny bit and fixed it no questions asked. Has a fireplace.
